In traditional Chinese rituals, paper offerings are transmitted to another world through a "display-burn" ceremony. As a medium between the world of the living and the world of the dead, they are the encapsulation and intensification of human desires, as well as reflections of societal changes. This work constructs the display cabinets of a paper offering shop's three walls in a collage triptych format. By using AI to extract widespread folk aesthetics and generate a large volume of poorly made, mass-produced wild design products, the visuals are then cut and reorganized to simulate the image of paper offerings being transmitted to the underworld after destruction. The greed, anger, and ignorance that the living cannot fulfill are all circulated between heaven and earth after being consumed by fierce flames.
